Technical Support Executive

Salary: 25-30k
Reporting to: Head of Technical
Job Location: Mombasa branch

Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Technical Support Executive.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Providing IT support such as fiscalzing, programming of ETR machines as well as training customers.
  2. Programming and installation of ESD machines and training of clients.
  3. Supporting the maintenance of existing Point of Sale systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
  4. Maintaining good relationship with the VAR‘s (Value Added Resellers) in the area and ensuring their concerns are sorted on time.
  5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company.
  6. Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests.
  7. Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information. Technology, Software development or IT related course-cloud computing, networking etc.
  • Certificate is software programming/coding an added advantage.
  • Above 3 years Work experience in ICT firm.
  • Work experience in ETR field an added advantage.

Sales Executives

Salary: 25-30k
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager Job

Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Sales Executive for the Mombasa Branch.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
  2. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given. 
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets through developing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.
  4. Maintain existing clients by continuously furnishing them with current information on new products.
  5. Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
  6. Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the management.
  7. Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.
  8. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  9. Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to your supervisor.

Key Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing.
  2. Above 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Work experience in ICT sector is an added advantage.
  4. Digital Marketing skills will be an added advantage.

Procurement Assistant

Salary: 25-30k

Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Procurement Assistant.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
  2. Help in resolving customer issues related to the supply of the goods.
  3. prKeeping records of orders placed and shipments received, updating inventory levels based on these records.
  4. Passing of ETR serial numbers to the customers and maintaining a good dataset for the same.
  5. Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment.
  6. Communicating with customers about order status, answering questions about products and services, and resolving issues.
  7. Prepare documentation of products to be supplied to retail outlets.
  8. Perform physical stocks checks in a warehouse or store in regular basis.
  9. Check and examine the quality of goods before arranging for dispatches though supply chain.
  10. Ensure the stocks are supplied and delivered in time within the set timelines
  11. Check, inspect and goods returned by customers in the retail stores.
  12. Implement best standards and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding purchasing procedures and best practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply management or any purchase & supply relates courses.
  • Professional procurement certification i.e CIPS, CPSM, CSCP.
  • Accountancy background is an added advantage-CPA or Accounting related course and work experience.
  • Above 3 years Work experience in a fast paced environment.
