What we are looking for;• The primary responsibility of the role is to support the Bancassurance business growth strategy through Banks and Deposit Taking Micro-Institutions.
• The job holder will be based at the Company’s Head Office at Madison House, Nairobi.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
• Drive growth in Bancassurance business across the Country through partnerships with Banks and Deposit taking Micro Institutions.
• Establish, grow and build the Bancassurance channel through robust relationships with banks and Deposit taking Institutions.
• Identify bancassurance business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals within the company’s quality business guidelines to increase the market share.
• Offer leadership and drive achievement of the annual, quarterly and monthly production budget targets.
• Manage quality of business, productivity and overall sales performance.
• Co-ordinate marketing activities for Banks and Deposit Taking Institutions.
• Establish and build new relationship with potential Banks, Deposit Taking Micro Institutions.
• Co-ordinate the training of Banks and Deposit Taking Micro-Institutions.
• Provide market feed to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained.
• Regularly conduct market survey aimed at collecting market intelligence on products and customer satisfaction.
• Handle all queries and issues from Banks, Deposit taking Micro Institutions.
Minimum Requirements
Experience, Academic/Professional Qualifications
• A holder of a University Degree in Business, Finance or any other related field from a recognised University
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• Professional Qualification in any Insurance related field is an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in banc assurance especially in business development or Managerial role.
• Exposure to Bancassurance processes and procedures will be an added advantage

• Qatar Airways (QR) has embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Officer for our station in Nairobi, Kenya. • You will execute Digital & Marketing Campaigns activities, as well as B2B & B2C activities to support meeting the key KPIs of Revenue, Brand awareness, Corporate penetration, Digital Direct and Loyalty. You will also monitor closely the day-to-day Digital and Marketing Campaigns ensuring that regular tracking is managed, and reported to the leadership teams in the Regions and Head Office.
Specific Accountabilities Include
• Planning and implementation of promotional offer, value-add and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives to achieve revenue, yield improvement, and digital penetration targets
• Act as the subject matter expert on the assigned region / stations’ B2B & B2C campaign process and tools
• Ensuring the implementation of the end-to-end campaign processes and procedures that support all B2B & B2C campaigns / activities are as per the agreed SOP and QR Standards
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (for assigned region such as Loyalty, Digital Direct, Digital & Marketing Operations) to maintain campaign processes and requirements to support collaboration and communication among the Digital & Marketing Campaign Hub.
• Manage, coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders (media agency / suppliers/ publishers/ partners) on deployment of all B2B & B2C campaigns for assigned region/ stations.
• Execute and track calendar of all B2B &, B2C activities and tracks campaign budget, and provide the relevant reports to the management.
• Analyse web traffic data and ROI of all digital marketing activities/campaigns and provide the summary reports to the Management.
• Initiate effective marketing planning and measurement tools/processes as well as deliver standardized reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics for all B2B & B2C campaigns.
• Maintain daily interactions with regional Digital and Marketing teams, Head Office stakeholders in Pricing, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Digital and all other relevant departments
• Ensure all B2B & B2C campaign assets are compliant with Qatar Airways’ brand guidelines and standard
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ideally within Aviation or the travel industry managing marketing initiatives (with a focus on digital channels).
• Previous experience in an Assistant Manager capacity
• Knowledge of corporate business acquisition, partnerships and loyalty marketing
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including brand awareness techniques, digital tracking, monitoring and reporting
