Job Responsibilities
• Be the subject matter expert in the deployment of assessment and learning & development solutions delivery services.
• Be part of talent sourcing engagements/projects delivery team.
• Support key accounts helping them to succeed in deploying their talent assessment strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of medium to large scale related projects
• Develop and deliver workstreams of activity to ensure a seamless participant experience for assessment completion for data extracts for analytics.
• Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
• Keep abreast of new talent sourcing, assessment and learning & development tools available and conduct market intelligence to benchmark against existing local and global best practices
• Participate and contribute towards firm’s business development activities i.e. business lead generation.
Other Requirements
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or related study
• Certified Psychometric Assessor/Trained competency-based Interviewer is highly desired.
• 5 years’ experience in HR consulting with at least 2 years’ relevant experience of performing talent sourcing, assessments or behavior/competency-based interviews.
• Highly experienced in the use of online assessment tools and how they are deployed at scale across organizations
