JOB DETAILS: Enterprise Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical architecture presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners
• Conduct live and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations
• Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.
• Lead technical sales calls
• Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
• Acts as technical expert to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of customers
• Implement and manage POCs to technical closure
• Ownership of all pre-sales activities in support of technical evaluation and validation of Red Dot Distribution solution

• Configuration of RFQ shared by partners
• Team management, validating BOM shared by sales team, training of internal staff
• Tender management
• Assist in onboarding of partners in each region
Requirements:
• At least 5 to 7 years’ experience of Pre-Sales Engineering or similar customer facing role, experience preferably in a software or data center environment
• The successful candidate must have a fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously
• Strong practical understanding of Datacenter and Cloud architecture (HPE, VMWare, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.…)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; the ability to handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up
• Possess a high level of business acumen and experience working with all levels of decision makers including Cx0 level personnel, helping to bring technology solutions to solve the most critical business challenges
Sales/Pre-Sales Certifications
Highly Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of or familiarity of real-life IT environments
• Enterprise-level systems administration, recovery, and configuration
• Experience in server, storage, and\or network administration
• Decent practical working with and administration of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or other mass-market databases
• Strong administration skills & familiarity with the installation and configuration operating systems & setup and operation of TCP/IP networking
• Ability to test and setup customer-like computing environments for demo/troubleshooting purposes

Job Responsibilities
• Build effective relationships with key internal business, operations, IT, product, design and external partner teams.
• Stakeholder Management: strategy, tactical execution, communications, etc. Work collaboratively with C-level executives, Product owners and other key stakeholders in the organization.
• Lead the definition of product requirements using input from various sources including external sources such as market trends, technology innovations, industry standards, bold intelligence, and customer research, as well as internal sources such as analytics, marketing, operations, and customer feedback.

As a Business Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for preparing KOKO Networks for an exciting period of growth and scale by defining best practices, codifying, and implementing them in conjunction with the Product Department and Operations Department. This role is highly cross-functional and will be a critical enabler for KOKO Networks to meet its ambitious goals in the short, medium and long term
What You Will Do
• Work closely as a key partner to both the Operating Business and the Technology Business, running projects with a specialized team
• Develop Business Playbooks (SOPs) for all our key organizational processes to allow KOKO Networks to scale in existing areas and expand into new operating locations
• Identify inefficiencies and problem areas in business processes, then work with a cross-functional team to improve the process (Solutions Design)
• Implement improvements in tandem with Business Process Owners (Implementation)
• Become a process expert, able to translate complex ideas between various stakeholders and serving as a mediary between them

What You Will Bring to KOKO
• 6+ years of work experience, with tenure managing or leading a team and/or project deliverables
• Education: requirement of a Bachelor’s degree with preference for Post-Graduate or Master’s
