Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Executive will be tasked with offering support to the whole HomeBiogas team in Kenya with a view to achieving efficient and effective production, sales, and distribution strategies to ensure optimal performance. They will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target customers

Aftersales Marketer

Summary
The job holder will be responsible in achievement of set Aftersales business targets within customer satisfaction levels and within the set Company procedures.

Description
• Generate aftersales plan on monthly basis by continuously mapping of S1 customers, market prospecting, activations, handle Fleet customer in a bid to meet the set Performance target.
• Undertake regular field visits and facilitate customer mapping in the region and identify opportunities and actual sales.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and implementing aftersales standards as required.
• Implement, monitor and continuously review aftersales performance vs targets so as to develop initiatives to support growth and profitability, customer intimacy, customer retention, generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Facilitate the preparation of pre-qualification/tender documents to Corporate bodies such as Insurance providers and Government bodies so as to secure sale of Isuzu parts and service with the aim of generating revenue.
• Preparing and presenting weekly Aftersales performance management reports
• Grow customer satisfaction index in the allocated region and implement action plans emanating from Isuzu and customer satisfaction surveys.

Education
• A Bachelor Degree in a Business related field, Engineering or related field
• Possession of CIM Diploma will be an added advantage.

Marketing

About the role
The Chief Business Officer is responsible for the financial and operations management of the organization, combining parts of the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Duties and Responsibilities

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma certification or similar experience in operational excellence.
