Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell ICT products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Ensure management is supplied with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Knowledge of AWS, Cloud solutions, BI/Data analytics solutions will be an added advantage.

• 2-5 years’ work experience as an ICT Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Knowledge of AWS, Cloud solutions, BI/Data analytics solutions will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

development consultancy that has a strong focus on e-commerce. You will be involved in the development of e-commerce solutions for some of the region’s largest and most innovative retailers.

We are recruiting to grow the capability of our team and you will receive mentoring and training on modern web development practices. We will also support your professional development in other ways, such as funding your attendance at relevant regional conferences and hack days.

Description
