Senior Administrator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume management responsibility for assigned services and activities of the Administrative division within an assigned department including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, personnel, information technology, and administrative support programs and services.

  • Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and review t and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
  • Perform a variety of personnel administration functions; review employee evaluations; ensure accuracy and completeness; review formal documents including reprimands, suspensions, and terminations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and trouble shooting of department information systems functions; develop and implement training programs as needed.
  • Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures.
  • Will be In-Charge of HR, Finance and Logistics (SCM) Department

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training:

Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, or a related field

 Experience:

Six years of increasingly responsible administrative and supervisory experience.

 

Regional Head of Sales

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  2. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  3. Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  4. Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
  5. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  6. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  7. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  8. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  9. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  10. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  11. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  12. Proven ability to position products against competitors
  13. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  14. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  15. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  16. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
  2. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  5. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  6. Strong leadership and team building skill

Education/Training:

Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Sales & Marketing, or a related field

 Experience:

5 years of increasingly responsible administrative and supervisory experience.
