Job Description

• You will contribute to increasing sales of Lesaffre yeasts and ingredients in Kenya, trough market knowledge, projects in product development and in technical assistance to our customers and to our distributors.

Technical assistance missions:
• Assist the sales teams in the promotion of Lesaffre KENYA products towards the customers (Industrial, instore, craft)
• Convert the needs and expectations of customers into project
• Work closely with the Master Baker and the Formulator in developing new products according to client needs
• Provide theoretical and practical training to the clients & Sales Team
• Organize and hold demonstrations during seminars
• Debrief on the visits and tests
• Upload the visit & tests reports on the CRM
• Complete required dashboards for the follow-up of projects and files
• Communicate technical data and information from field to relevant interlocutors (Formulator, Master Baker, Area Sales manager)
• Present the results to the clients and colleagues

Qualifications
• Baking Professional certificate + 10 years of recognized and successful experience in the field of craft and industrial bread making and in a field equivalent to the missions proposed either in technical assistance or in training.
• You master perfectly specific breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients.
• Good knowledge and practices of the Kenyan breadmaking market
• You are client oriented and able to adapt to various interlocutors. You have a working experience in a multicultural context within the framework of projects requiring autonomy, initiative, and anticipation. You have a team spirit.
• You are able to synthesize and identify customers, interlocutor’s constraints.
• You have an acute sense of confidentiality
• Ease in IT and Proficient user of MS Office, expertise on MS Excel is a must

To support the Head Of Boarding to run the Boarding House in an orderly, effective and legally compliant manner in order to safeguard the students; provide outstanding pastoral care; promote well-being; instill discipline; and give access to educational opportunities to the students. We are a non-selective school with a relatively wide ability range. Being able to inspire pupils of all abilities is essential The post holder will be accountable to the Head of the Boarding Department.

Experience and Qualifications
• Applicants must possess a Diploma in Psychology, Nursing, or Social Sciences or any other relevant field.
• Counseling experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience working or supervising students in a learning environment will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours including weekends.
