Job Summary
• The position holder will be responsible for entire process of strategically defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos
• They will also be responsible for creating outstanding artworks, video edits for the brand across all Scope Markets channels and media.
• The individual will work within the Marketing team. Content created will be around experiences across the customer life-cycle and relatable to formulate the visual representation of our brand, explain our products and services to engage multiple audiences across various social media channels.

Duties and responsibilities
• Developing design concepts that are in line with the business purpose
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Thinking creatively and strategically to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design with time and budget constraints
• Identifies, selects, and coordinates vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to the project
• Post-Production: colour grading, sound design and mixing, encoding, mastering, archiving, etc.
• Capture: development of media assets
• Work closely with the content creator and social media manager to create the monthly content calendar.
• Create and design various materials for digital and print that communicate brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Produce and execute storyboard, designs, concepts, to illustrate the entire story or experience of an idea.
• Oversee and coordinate the production process; develop and write printing and/or other production specifications, and select appropriate production media and materials
• Video Editing: Work with production agency to polish and give final files from raw video clips and other required edits.
• Work with all departments to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager and the multidisciplinary marketing creative team to conceptualize and bring engaging experiences to life across channels.
• Partner and establish a strong rapport with Copywriters, Designers, and marketing specialists to bring our brand to life through online and offline engagements.
• Take direction and execute against it with little assistance, work independently and iterate on your work with feedback from stakeholders and members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere CC in conjunction with other Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro, After effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design and videography.
• Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
• Skills in the utilization of specified computerized graphic design software and programs.

Purpose Of The Job:
• The jobholder is responsible for growth of the Brokers insurance book by bringing in new business and sustaining existing business in line with the company’s strategic plans.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Grow the Brokers insurance book by bringing in new business as per the set targets.
• Active recruitment of new brokers and maintaining the brokers already with the company.
• Collect market intelligence in regard to insurance products and relaying the same to the relevant parties.
• Create a working relationship with the key contacts in the Brokers space and grow business to meet the set targets through establishing and initiating more schemes with new Brokers.
• Organize for training of insurance products for the staff of the Brokers.
• Suggest new/emerging products/marketing channels for products/service distribution.
• To obtain all the details of the client for a new client by assisting in completing the proposal form whist educating the client on the type of cover required.
• Obtain the correct and full details of the risk for quotation purposes and apply suitable rates.
• Submit quotation for approval/signing to Supervisor/Asst. Manager or Manager and delivered on time
• Ensure all necessary documentation (Proposal/endorsements) required by Brokers are availed on time.
• Ensure renewal notices for various schemes are given on time and followed
• Any other duty assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business

Professional Qualifications
• Diploma in Marketing in Insurance or progress towards the same.
• Knowledge of a broad range of insurance products.
