Key Responsibilities
End to End Management of the stores:
• By appropriate planning, you will manage the stock flow through the distribution center, resolving any issues that arise, managing the availability of stock, and the intake of stock in line with agreed stock levels to avoid expiries.
• You will ensure all stocks are captured and sold through the POS system and regularized in the system after month-end stock takes.
• You will ensure that the food is fresh and is produced at the right quality in appearance and taste.
• You will monitor the daily banking of cash and the reconciliation of funds.
• You will monitor and maintain compliance at all times with health and safety requirements as well as County licenses and permits.
• You will ensure the franchisor system (SOPs, policies, guidelines, software, etc) is respected at all locations, demonstrated by a minimum average monthly score of 95% on the franchisors audits and on mystery shopper’s reports.
• Training and Onboarding:
• You are in charge of full supervision of the staff operational training, promoting, and firing of the staff through the provided channels once they have been trained by the Franchisor.
• Customer satisfaction:
• You will ensure that customer satisfaction is the main focus for the staff at each outlet ascertaining that customers can find all the products, prices, and promotions at anytime.
• You will monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive excellent and satisfactory service and quality goods.
Profit Maximization:
• You will monitor performance against plan, taking appropriate actions to maximize sales and profit and reduce stock holding while increasing stock turn and ensuring that the net profit is achieved as per the business case.
Range Building and Planning:
• You will evaluate market and customer information and forward trends to develop and grow the outlet by continuously monitoring market activity, through regular competitor shop visits in the area.
• You will review monthly sales reports of the sales volumes, profit margins, inventory levels, customer traffic patterns, and other data points per site, propose action plans and ensure the implementation of agreed action plans to optimize results.
Requirements Must Haves
• You have 5-8 years of experience working in a Fast food set-up, Pastry/Bakery QSRs, or equivalent set-ups.
• You have demonstrated skill in training & coaching diverse teams.
• You are highly collaborative and a proven team player with strong people skills and the ability to inspire and coordinate teams providing direction, setting goals, and providing feedback.
• You have good organizational skills with a strong grasp of systems and processes to implement to keep you on top of things in a fast-paced environment.
• You have the market expertise and a good understanding of the sector to streamline merchandising, products, and promotions to achieve peak customer satisfaction.
• You have excellent analytical and numerical skills to forecast, plan, and monitor stock levels.
• You have good relationship management and communication skills to enable clear communication between employees, customers, the franchisor, and other members of the business across different outlets.
• You are creative and an avid problem solver who can quickly manage escalations.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

Job Summary
Implement the necessary operations for reception/ replenishment/ orders preparation/ shipping activities in compliance with the logistics objectives, especially in terms of safety, quality and performance in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage a team of logistics operators and optimize its organization in promoting skillfulness towards other services.
• Coordinate and optimize the whole available resources.
• Manage the QSHE stakes and actions of their area.
• Participate to performance and quality improvement projects (internally and / or with suppliers).

• Train new collaborators and hand down knowledge and know-how of the job.

• Ensure the service continuity, especially in case of the absence of his superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or any Business-related field.
• A Diploma in Customs Administration will be an added advantage.
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Import & Exports processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
