Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies under the guidance of sales administrator.
• Assist and support sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes and goals.
• Assist sales administrator in preparing schedules for the sales staff.
• Answer and respond to customer sales needs and objectives.
• Organize and arrange sales meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.
• Maintain and manage customer databases.
• Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
• Coordinate between sales and production departments.
• Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff.
• Manage office facilities including asset register(s)
• Ensured polite and accurate answers to customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintained project schedules; and administered sending orders for processing.
• Organized distribution of new products/tools to staff; and managed inventory process for orders.
• Computed data into marketing database; and responded to catalog requests.

Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree desirable and/ Diploma in Sales or equivalent work expertise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience in mechanical engineering will be an added advantage
• Excellent computer skills experience in of use of MS Word and Excel.
• Prior Administrative experience highly preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required
• Proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast paced environment
• Maintain calendars/meeting schedules and travel plans for Sales staff

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment business from sourcing, execution, closing, and ensuring the ongoing relationship with the clients. As such, this role requires an individual with strong entrepreneurial skills, excellent relationship management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Making presentations to C.E.O and senior managers including HR managers on our services.
• Educating clients on the market status regarding the availability of candidates, salary, and statutory obligations.
• Advertise job vacancies from clients using different mediums and ensure there’s a wide reach.
• Conducting interviews on the shortlist to gauge suitability.
• Preparing reports on candidates who meet client requirements.
• Ensure constant communication with clients on the recruitment status.
• Cultivate and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
• Engage previous clients in a bid to nurture an ongoing relationship.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection from clients as per agreement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing role in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Service Management.
• Key Account Management skills.
