• Wildlife Clubs of Kenya (WCK) is seeking a competent consultancy firm to carry out rationalization and salary reviews in view of the changing economic environment.
Due to the emerging business opportunities and environment, the organization aims to reorganize and reposition itself in the market, strengthen its meritocracy and accountability as well as transform its operational parameters into one that is results oriented.
Scope of the consultancy
The key objectives of the consultant will be to:
a) To review the organisation structure in view of the ever changing future direction and in the current socio–economic environment
b) Prepare an inception report
c) Re–align the current structure to the emerging business opportunities and environment
d) Develop criteria for a new salary structure
e) Re–align the current salary structure for sustainability, a motivated workforce and improved productivity
f) Prepare the final report and present to management and the governing council.

JOB PURPOSE
The M&E Associate has an essential role in the implementation of the Regional RAM Strategy and Planning. The staff member supports analysis and review of CO data and the regional RAM reports through collaboration with regional thematic and functional teams. The M&E Associate will work under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Monitoring Adviser/M&E Officer and will perform the following responsibilities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review the Country Office CSP results’ chain data to ensure alignment with corporate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) standards in monitoring activities, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), the Corporate Results Framework (CRF), Risk Based Monitoring Framework, other corporate monitoring guidance.
• Continuously identify evidence needs in consultation with RAM and technical units.
• Monitor mainstreaming of gender, equity, disability, protection, human rights and other inclusion issues in all M&E work, as appropriate.
• Support the design of questionnaires in MODA, question guides and data analysis plans for specific information needs, review the toolkits for output, process and outcome monitoring to identify a standard process for regional analysis and reporting.
• Verify, clean, analyse, interpret and visualize monitoring data according to information needs of different audiences.
• Conduct regular data quality checks at different stages of the monitoring cycle, ensuring that monitoring data and reports are timely, complete and of high quality.
