Tender documents will be OPEN Immediately thereafter in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Tent in the Urban Development offices. Bidders who downloaded the tender documents must submit their company name, postal address, email, and telephone numbers to the office of the Director Procurement and Supply Chain Management for the purpose of receiving any further clarifications and/or addendum where necessary.
Mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held on 20th December 2022 at 0900-1600 hours starting from the office of the Director Roads. All prospective bidders are advised to make their own transport arrangement to and from the site.
