The role holder will support the relationship manager and ensure effective management and coordination of all client servicing processes and activities pre and post-sales contributing to overall portfolio’s growth, profitability, and client retention goals/targets.
All you need to do is meet the following requirements.
• Have 2 years’ experience working within insurance or financial services. General insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Thrive on managing and nurturing client expectations.
• Passionate about putting the client’s interest first every time.
• Be a team player and make work a fun environment.
