Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate Human Resource policies and guidelines in liaison with the management to inform decisions in human resource
• Coordinate raining and Development of various departmental heads through workshops to ensure they are equipped with the right skills.
• Oversee the departmental expenditure through reviewing and authorizing transactions to ensure prudent use of departmental
• Coordinate the implementation of performance appraisal process to institute proper rewards and sanctions in order to motivate employees and improve
• Oversee professional human resource management standards to ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate budgeting, allocation and optimal utilization of training resources and opportunities to motivate, retain and improve employee
• Ensure compliance with all the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Human Resource to reduce litigations
• Coordinates Compensation and staff motivation, monitor coordinate and implement human resource management policies, rules and regulations to ensure compliance by
• Monitor, coordinate and implement human resource management policies, rules and regulations to ensure compliance by employees.
• Undertake organizational development and job reviews to ensure proper placement, improved productivity and organizational
• Participate in industrial relations and staff

• Advise on human resource planning and succession management to ensure continuity of services to internal and external customers.
• Advise on career development and review of Career Progression Guidelines to ensure staff are
• Advise on labour laws and other statutes that impact on human resource in the University to ensure compliance and avoid potential litigation.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of human resource management system for proper maintenance and retrieval of

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

• Competence in using Hr systems.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
