Key Responsibilities
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution in close consultation with Production Manager and QC
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Make regular visits to customer premises and observe the stock balances, competitor activities, etc and do a report to management. The said report will include pictures of our products within the customer premises and daily logs of the visits made.
• Generate sales leads and advise the head of Sales on the same
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

What you will learn and contribute to
If you have - preferably - a background in deployment of radio projects with a good view/experience on MN overall services portfolio and good comprehension of MN business and financials, you might be the right person for this position.

As part of our team, you will:
• Direct Radio/MW deployment projects within growth CT
• Review, sign off, new bids/offer submissions from Services delivery model, and costs scope
• Actively engage with customer and acts as SPoC for all delivery matters
• Manage/Control basic financials (Rev, SM) for the account
• Act as a leader for all delivery matters within CEWA Growth deployment community

Your skills and experience
You have:
• A background with deployment of Radio/MW networks
• Good undertanding of basic Financials
• Preferably, experienced in new country/customer entries
• Good leadership skills, a positive attitude
