JOB DETAILS: Job Brief We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Tele-sales executive to help us build up on our daily activities. Tele-Sales executive responsibilities include acquisition of new users using emerging trendsie, social media platforms, open sources e-channels etc, retention, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets
To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Responsibilities are to:
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Identifying potential channels on the platforms and engaging using the available resources
• Researching required information using available resources - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. Following up complicated customer calls where required. Completing call notes and call reports as necessary
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries, -Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets. Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Financial Offer - Salary and Benefits: Ksh 10,000 retainer monthly
Lunch allowance Commission

Sales Executive - Microsoft CSP
Job Description
• Responsible for driving and increasing overall Red Dot’s Microsoft CSP, OEM & ESD revenue, market share, and reseller breadth for the country
• Responsible to initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest in Red Dot’s Microsoft’s products and Solutions
• Acquire mandatory Product Certifications (M365 and Azure)
• Identify and create sales opportunities, produce leads, and close the sales for Microsoft business
• Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific Microsoft Products and Solutions.
• Proactively follow up leads and opportunities generated
• Submit daily reports
• Funnel and Forecast Management
• Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
• Attend weekly meetings with your line manager and other sales colleagues to update and review business in your specific market.
• Liaise effectively with all departments such as finance, back office, marketing, logistics to ensure customer requirements/deliverables are met.
• Visit potential customers for new business.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Reaching the customer breath given by country manager.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.

JOB DETAILS: Team Lead
Key Deliverables:
• Demonstrate management of a Logbook Loan portfolio in current work/previous work.
• Recruit, supervise and monitor a team of sales agents to achieve the sales goals of the company
• Communicate the monthly and weekly targets to the sales team
• Able to identify, guide and project source of business by advising his team on potential areas to generate quality Logbook Loans.
• Reporting the weekly progress of direct sales agents as per the marketing plan and activities highlighting the achievements and expectations.
• Monitor and drive individual team performance through improved performance of each Agent to maximize performance and work on their retention.
• Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Conduct Marketing activities based on knowledge of the customers’ segments and target market, to deliver products and services that satisfy the market segments
• Continuously and timely marketing of Northwave Credit’s products and services.
• To enhance growth in quality loan portfolio through creation of awareness of new and existing products to existing and potential customers.
• Provide management with customer feedback on products and service.
• Managing new corporate business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the Responsible for customer relations and maintaining the Company’s image.
• Implement appropriate communication and public relations strategies
• Support the development, launching and promotion of new value adding products
• Put in place mechanisms of managing arrears and default (always ensure healthy portfolio)
• Preparation and presentation of comprehensive, timely & reliable reports to provide information, aid in decision making and gauge performance of the business.
• Take responsibility for self-development through self-study, identification of learning opportunities
• Keep abreast of the industry trends and make use of new knowledge obtained
• Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s or associate degree in sales, marketing or related field will be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logbook Loan sales position gained in a Credit, MFI, Banking or Financial Institutions with demonstrable ability in providing guidance in all areas of credit operations including processes, systems & models.
