About The Role:
Key responsibilities for the role include:
• Daily Hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and prep kitchen.
• Food Safety champion in the department by influencing and adhering to the applicable procedures.
• Meals preparations and service.
• Meals service to students and teammates including residence teammates meals service.
• Liaise between Dean of Students and School Nurse handling students with special dietary requirements as the food allergy policy.
• Meals feedback review and action.
• Conduct weekly workplace safety Inspections.
• Lead weekly teammates meetings.
• Verify Meals quantity served to students and teammates.
• Monitor weekly stock take of food service equipment.

The Head of Hospitality is to oversee and ensure smooth running of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring growth of revenue, excellent guest experience as well as management of the facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operations functions of the hospitality as per the Organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all hospitality Managers.
• Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
