A vacancy has arisen within EGS Global Admin opening up the opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven individual to join our Operations Team in the role of Admin SupervisorYou will be responsible for the supervision of staff on a daily basis ensuring KPI’s are met across the Admin Organisation.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide visible leadership as part of the management team for the Global Admin team staff
• People development and performance management through active coaching, clear and constructive feedback and an open management style.
• Manage team resources through planning and leveraging the available talent to optimise team performance
• Engage staff in order to create a dynamic working environment at all levels, leading the team and the processes towards continuous progression while supporting the change journey
• Proactively optimizing the unit’s workflows to achieve set targets.
• Organising and monitoring work flow to ensure TAT targets are achieved and inventory levels are managed.
• Effectively manage the administration process liaising with the SME & Operations Manager about any identified gaps or improvements and proactively contributing to the solution.
• Ensure Quality Audit targets are achieved month on month
• Instrumental in Employee Engagement activity

Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare the tender within the set deadlines and responsibilities
• Working with the relevant management teams on the collating of all material as required on the tender response and specification requirements.
• Ability to confidently work on the tender content without supervision and present drafts to the management.
• Ensuring participants involved in process adhere to agreed timelines and company’s Tender SOP is complied with.
• Monitoring of existing contracts and expiration dates.
• Analyzing spend by company against tender agreed levels and reporting back to the management team.
• Monitoring of tender websites to acquire more tenders
• Prepare bid bonds if required

• To effectively and efficiently manage Baraka Agriculture College Front office To keep clean and easy to use filing system of all College documents
• To keep an accurate and up-to- date account of all incoming and outgoing correspondences from the college
• To direct internal and external calls, and emails to the designated departments
• To professionally receive, handle or refer all college clientele visiting the front office.
• To type, print and photocopy all works in the college as may be required
• To professionally manage college communications coming through the front office To maintain a clean and well organized front office and reception areas
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette

• Oversee the maintenance and trouble shooting of department information systems functions; develop and implement training programs as needed.
