JOB DETAILS: Stocks Data Intern
What You’ll Do
Moko’s Data Intern will help us bring joy to thousands of families by manufacturing world-class furniture. You’ll handle all tasks related to recording, tracking and reconciling raw material and finished goods movement.
The Role in Brief
• Ensure that all raw material receipts are recorded accurately with no variances
• Ensure that shift production data is accurately recorded and tracked
• Ensure that finished goods handed over to inventory are recorded accurately
• Reconcile all material movement data to ensure zero variances
• Propose systems to ensure all of the above happen sustainably
• Escalate in timely fashion when any challenges are noted
• Provide continuous feedback to team members in a supportive manner
• Achieve high compliance with health and safety standards and other best-practice policies and procedures

Education
To qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met:
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
• be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
• Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent). (OFFICIAL WRITTEN PROOF FROM THE UNIVERSITY SUPPORTING ONE OF THE ABOVE POSSIBILITIES MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE INSPIRA APPLICATION);
• Be computer literate in standard software applications;
• Have a demonstrated keen interest in the work of the United Nations and have a personal commitment to the ideals of the Charter; and
• Have a demonstrated ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, which include willingness to try and understand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.

Work Experience

Languages
• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this internship, fluency in oral and written English is required.
• Knowledge of another UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.

• Publish 6-7 posts weekly on Community Section according to the guide
• Reply to comments under the videos on both Tuko and Tuko Extra channels
• Publish promo videos and posts on Facebook, YouTube and TikTok daily
• Cooperate with PR manager and SMM team for better results
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in SMM, communication
• Passion for video creation (some experience in editing videos would be a plus)
