Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for the laundry services, overall cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the laundry space. The Incumbent shall maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for laundry clients.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Wash and iron clients’ cloths.
• Maintain accurate records of cloths in and out of the Laundry.
• Issue and invoice clients for services rendered to them.
• Supervise work-study students.
• Monitor Laundry Machines and make reports for repair.
• Ensure clean Laundry surfaces.

Requirements:
• Level Certificate mean grade C– (minus);
• Certificate in Housekeeping and Laundry;
• Proficiency in Computer Applications;
• Served as Laundry Attendant for a minimum of three (3) years;
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Job purpose
The purpose of this job is to calculate cost of food and beverage items and planning, controlling, and pricing aspects, produce reports in order to maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage stock for the Club.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Carry out daily stock take in the respective areas e.g., bars in the Club and generate reconciliation reports.
• Ensure that consumed products are posted correctly.
• Process reports from the bar operations.
• Carry out weekly spot checks for expiry goods.
• Ensure monthly stock take is done and reports are updated.
• Ensure physical counts of all stock is correctly done.
• Generate variances report for further action/investigations.
• Prepare monthly stock take schedules and communicate to the concerned participants.
• Timely collection of chits from the outlets and filing of the same.
• Ensure timely preparation of F&B cost and revenue reports.
• Follow up on shortages and recoveries and liaise with F&B department for sign off.
• Monitor slow moving items and make recommendations to avoid losses.
• Analyze daily events sales and update the system.
• Ensure event forms are signed and accurate billing.

Academic qualifications and experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• CPA(K)
• 3 years+ experience in a busy hospitality establishment.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft excel and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Sun /Fidelio / Opera will be an added advantage.
