Job Description:
• The Training and Learning Specialist II role works on multiple projects as a project team member and small to medium, complex assignments. The incumbent will seek to understand and analyze learning needs of various business units within World Vision and develop learning resources as requested. The role will implement technical standards for learning content development.
Major Responsibilities:
• Plans classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops
• Participates in business requirements, functional design and testing work sessions
• Conducts needs assessment to identify learning objectives.
• Interviews subject matter experts, and reviews documentation from the system, product or service being provided
