Details:
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Security Manager will have overarching responsibility for safeguarding life and company property at the Farm, reporting on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Candidates must have at least 10 years’ solid experience as a Farm Security Manager and be able to demonstrate working in a challenging environment.
The ability to curb theft at Farm level and be able to investigate, follow through on arrests and prosecution of suspects is essential.
This is a 6 full day per week role.
