Our Client, the KPA Pension Scheme has been in existence for over 35 years and has a Net asset valued at Kshs. 23.9 Billion and 8,931 members comprising 963 contributing members, 2,714 non-contributing members, 4,175 pensioners and 1,079 pension dependents. The Pension Scheme is undergoing a transformation to streamline its operations in order to realise the envisioned growth and efficiency in service delivery to its members and generation of revenue. To support the Scheme in this transformative drive, the Scheme is seeking to recruit open-minded, self-driven, result oriented individuals of high integrity who will play a critical role in directing the achievement of its strategic objectives. In pursuit of these objectives, the Scheme invites dynamic, experienced and innovative candidates to submit their applications for the position above; .

Job Responsibilities; • Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Scheme Administrator assisted by a qualified team, will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Scheme's strategy as guided by the Board. The Scheme administrator will be expected to proactively provide insights and direction in the implementation of planned projects and activities on time and within the approved budget whilst ensuring implementation of the Board decisions efficiently and effectively, keep the Board informed of all strategic operations of Scheme Business; and ensuring effective internal monitoring and control systems in executing the scheme strategy. In addition, the position will oversee all the day to day operations of the Scheme.

Job Qualification; • The ideal candidate will hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related field from a recognized Institution and a minimum often (10) years' experience of which five (5) years must be in a management role in the retirement Benefit sector and must have a certificate in Pension Management
