Our Client, the KPA Pension Scheme has been in existence for over 35 years and has a Net asset valued at Kshs. 23.9 Billion and 8,931 members comprising 963 contributing members, 2,714 non-contributing members, 4,175 pensioners and 1,079 pension dependents. The Pension Scheme is undergoing a transformation to streamline its operations in order to realise the envisioned growth and efficiency in service delivery to its members and generation of revenue. To support the Scheme in this transformative drive, the Scheme is seeking to recruit open-minded, self-driven, result oriented individuals of high integrity who will play a critical role in directing the achievement of its strategic objectives. In pursuit of these objectives, the Scheme invites dynamic, experienced and innovative candidates to submit their applications for the position above; .

Job Responsibilities;
• Reporting to the Scheme Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitation of effective information flow and data management that ensures the ICT needs of the Scheme are met and ensures coordination of the Scheme's records, implementation of the ICT security strategy including the disaster recovery plan, maintenance of technology infrastructure in line with the Scheme's envisaged growth and efficient management of ICT special projects as defined within the ICT strategy.

Job Qualification;
• The ideal candidate will hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field from a recognised Institution; must possess professional ICT Certifications (CISA, CISM); and a minimum of eight (8) years' experience, three (3) of which must be at management level in a management role in the Pensions sector., in managing medium ICT projects and in running an ICT Project Management Office; and have a good understanding of business support services and their related technology ICT, based risk management
