•  Supporting payroll processing & administration 
• Training Needs Analysis 
• Conducting staff training and development needs 
• Generating HR systems reports for monitoring & decision making 
• Workforce administration & service delivery 
• Managing transport & pool drivers You will need fluency in: Training Skills
• Workforce, Administration skills, Employee Relations, Working knowledge in
• HRMIS, Interpersonal skills, Analytical Skills, Organizational skills, Time
• Management Requirements for the Human Resource Officer Job 
• Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management 
• 3 years’ relevant experience
