Give Directly (GD) is an international NGO which aims to reshape international giving - and millions of lives - by providing cash grants directly to the worlds poorest. GD has raised over $200m since launching in 2011, delivered cash to more than 125,000 families, and launched offices in 7 countries. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Country Director to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
As a country director at Give Directly, you will oversee all aspects of our operations in your country, including project implementation, talent management, external relations (with government, the communities we serve, and donors) and overall risk management. You will also work with our global partnerships team to increase the funding for cash to the poor. .
