Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced Career Portal Developer to join our team on a short-term consultancy basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a user-friendly and attractive career portal that will enhance our recruitment process and provide an exceptional experience for our candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our HR and IT teams to understand the requirements and objectives of the career portal.
• Design and develop a responsive and visually appealing career portal.
• Ensure seamless integration with our existing HR systems and databases.
• Optimize the portal for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Provide documentation and training for the HR team to manage the portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and post-launch phases.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in web development, specifically in creating career portals or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development frameworks.
• Experience with database management and integration.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous projects related to career portals or similar platforms.
