WHAT YOU’LL DO
• We’re looking to add a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to our Operations team, who will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of inventory activities related to purchasing, receiving and maintaining records of vehicle equipment, raw materials, and finished goods. They will also be in charge of providing supervision to other team members such as Inventory Stores Clerks, General Workers and Forklift Operators:

THE ROLE IN BRIEF
• Monitoring of off-loading and receiving of stock items
• Supervise the forklift operators & sensitize them on safety procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, reporting unsafe acts and push for safety culture
• Maintains storage area ensuring good organization of floor space
• Ensure resolution of inventory variances on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring adherence to the established work plan
• Monitoring inventory, casual attendance and providing justification of planned and actual hours worked
• Planning inventory clerks’ work schedule to ensure they achieve the required working hours per week.
• Carry out weekly stock take and ensure zero variances during the Monthly stock takes

ARE YOU OUR DREAM CANDIDATE?
• You have previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
• You have training in business management, logistics, supply chain or a related field
• You have strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• You have great time management skills and the ability to delegate
• You have excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You possess great analytical and database management skills
• You have the ability to analyze and solve problems
