JOB DETAILS:
Our Client Based on Baba Dogo Road is looking for an organized Warehouse Assistant to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in their warehouse.
Job Description
The successful Candidate will ensure the maintenance and safety of company assets. .

Responsibilities
• Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Adhere to all warehousing legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Stock control and inventory management
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in warehouse/logistic function

• Degree in Logistics & Procurement or Supply chain management
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
