Tropical Capital is a microfinance organisation whose mission is poverty alleviation by providing financial access to communities in financial exclusion, mostly women groups.

Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers and who have an interest in being involved making a difference in the lives of the poor. Some of the volunteers may progress to paid employment based on the availability of donor funding.

Applicants should preferably be degree holders. Unemployed/underemployed, who are self—starters and keen to get work experience that may help them in future careers.
