JOB DETAILS:
The incumbent shall be responsible for van selling , ensuring retail availability and placing the products at the nearest customer touch point .
Duties
• Van Selling – Retail availability; placing the products at the nearest customer touch point
• Visibility of the Pwani products – On-spot demand creation of the Pwani products
• Promotions – Execute Marketing driven promotions
• Market Coverage – Spend time with the retailer and sell-in the range and introduce the new brands
• Range Selling
• Market Intelligence
• Pricing Adherence – Ensure the Pwani products are competitively priced on shelf as per the RRP advised
• Quality Issues Identification – Collect quality issues happening at the consumer touch-points for quick address
• Relationship Management
