The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
1. University degree, preferably in courses related to humanities OR A diplome OR Higher National Diploma Holder with 3 years' experience in a similar position OR KCSE O' Level Certificate holder with a mean grade of B plain and has 5 years
experience in a similar position
2. Minimum age 35 years
