Touch Inspiration is looking for a UX designer who is open minded and able to visualize situations beyond what they have experienced.
We work with small businesses in very different industries therefore, it is important that the individual can quickly adapt their designs to the clients needs (even though they have never interacted with that industry before), while advising on the best ways to approach things.
Please note that this is not a programming position. Your main tools will be XD/Figma/Sketch, best practices and your wild and vivid imagination. .

It is very important that you attach samples of your work to be considered.
• We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user stories, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• The individual will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-stories created. This position requires that the candidate should have a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design to create a seamless and enjoyable flow for users.
• The individual will also be expected to take responsibility for their work, by following up with the developers to make sure that they understand and are correctly executing the designs to match their expectations. They should be able to react quickly to changes that arise and be open-minded to understand what's needed.
Once again, this is NOT a programming position and dev CVs will be ignored.
TL;DR

Skills Required:
• UX design experience.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, illustrator etc
• An open and vivid imagination.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
