Applicants must have:
• At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Land Economics, Building Economics from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Building Economics, Land Economics or other cognate disciplines
• Be registrable for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent doctoral degree qualifications in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or cognate disciplines.
• Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
• Teaching experience at a university will be an added advantage
