Main Duties
• Able to organize travel from beginning to end through booking air tickets.
• Assist in 24/7 support
• Ability to make flight quotations in the prescribed standard formats and ticketing rules and with conditions clearly defined.
• Handling all inquiries related to domestic and international air ticketing
• Carrying out all follow-up procedures pertaining to customer level i.e. reconfirming, re-issuing &refunding of air tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise during the trips
• Up to date on airline rules regulations and current affairs within the industry
• Maintain professional image as per organization image quality standards.
• Advising client on travel arrangements E.g Passport travel information per country
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes (flights delays Cancellations) etc
• Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided

Qualifications and experience
• Must have IATA diploma
• Must have 4 years’ experience in a similar position

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
