ABOUT THE JOB
The mission of the Transformation Unit Change Manager job is to serve as a key link between vision, strategy and execution enabling us to move as quickly and efficiently as possible as a cohesive organisation to realize our strategic vision. The goals of the Transformation Unit Change Manager job are:
• To connect the dots between the BIG ideas and day to day implementation of complex org-wide initiatives; driving projects to completion in an agile manner
• To be the Champions of Change and articulate the benefit of each initiative and the value it will bring to the organisation
• To establish the right levels of discipline and governance to provide a framework that enables our culture of rapid change and experimentation to flourish
• To provide an org-wide roadmap of key initiatives; ensuring alignment of all stakeholders; evolving over time with a continuous learning and feedback loop
• To unify the Mega Tribes by establishing clear communications channels, cross-functional visibility and consistent and efficient working rhythms
• To introduce org-wide systems and processes that will enable our organization to grow .

The main activities of this role will be:
• To establish clear visibility into our progress towards our moonshot & accountability with our outcomes by maintaining the roadmap with all org-wide key initiatives
• To develop the strategy and delivery plan for key initiatives; utilizing Change Management methodologies and best practices, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives, resources, scope and outcomes
• To empower the organization to autonomously achieve their objectives by facilitating cross-functional communications (formal and informal), removing roadblocks addressing inter-dependencies
• To ensure the org-wide initiatives evolve as needed to reflect changes in overall strategic objectives and business priorities
• To provide consistent communications and regular updates from the TU to internal and external stakeholders
• To motivate, encourage and inspire the development of a strong, efficient and effective leadership team.
