JOB DETAILS:
Training Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Training Manager in Diamonds Leisure Beach & Golf Resort

Responsibilities:
Develops and implements trainings and training system.
• Establishes resort orientation, training, and evaluating system.
• Establishes standard policies and procedures for training.
• Organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating resort training programs.
• Maintains and updates training records.
• Prepares and submits training reports.
• Establishes training department budget.
• Coordinates monthly training activities and schedules.
• Analyzes training needs and recommends activities to meet the brand standards and requirement.
• Assists to implement an effective employees' relation and motivation program in the hotel.
• Prepares and delivers training programs.
• Follows-up on management training activities and departmental trainings.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor diploma or degree in Hospitality or Human Resources or Tourism or relevant field.

EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry.
• A minimum of one-year experience in the resort operations.
• Experience in luxury or 5-star is not mandatory, however will be an advantage.
• Experience in the position of Training Manager / Assistant Training Manager or Training Coordinator of not less than 3 years required.
LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment English and Swahili - excellent oral and written skills is a mandatory
Additional language - beneficial

COMPETENCIES:
• Ability to present and conduct trainings

• Planning and organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills

COMPUTER:
• Computer literacy adapted to the field of training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
