•The bids will be evaluated as indicated in the evaluation criteria provided in each tender document.

•The bid document may be downloaded from the County website ( www.kisumu.go.ke  ] Kisumu.

•Complete tender document to be submitted for opening at City Procurement KUP Offices, Tom Mboya Drive Millimani. P.O. Box 105-40100, Kisumu. and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid sum from a reputable bank.
