KTDA Management Services Ltd. on behalf of Rukuriri Tea Factory Company invites tenders from interested firms/ individuals for sale of the above land located in Embu County

The property referred to as Rwika2 farm is 71 acres land formerly with tree plantation. The farm is located in Rwika area. Mbeti sub-location. Embu County. It is approximately 3.5 kilometers from Rwika Shopping Center off Embu Karitiri Highway.

Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender document from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue. Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com   

KTDA makes no representation regarding the title for or any other matters relating to the land including the environmental condition of the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser. The sale of the said land is subject to a reserve price. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the relevant land transfer fees. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor. KTDA Farmers Building. Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 17^th January, 2023 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.

Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
