Size and Location
The area comprises 106.47 acres or thereabouts of four blocks of land parcels. The land situated 2.7 Kilometers south of Karati Market. Mununga Area, Naivasha Nakuru County.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender document from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
KTDA makes no representation regarding the title for or any other matters relating to the land including the environmental condition of the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser. The sale of the said land is subject to a reserve price.
Sealed Bids clearly marked “Tender for Sale of Land by Mataara Tea Factory Company Ltd” and the reference number should be addressed to;

The bid documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on the ground floor, KTDA Farmers building, Moi Avenue, to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 17th January, 2023.
The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the relevant land transfer fees. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the fog in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
