About the Role
Andela is looking to hire an analytical expert to build and drive the program analytics team for Andela’s Pre-fellowship division.
In this role, you will move swiftly and collaboratively in designing, setting up, and running programs and frameworks that are relevant to the needs of our community members and impactful to the business unit.
This role requires the next level of drive and the ability to connect to the needs of the different stakeholders in our program throughout a program’s life cycle. The right leader will excel in project and stakeholder management and should be able to communicate effectively and execute efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Specific Support
• Provide adequate support and guidance to mentors and Peer Learning Groups
• Report learners and mentors major issues & recommendations
• Collaborate with program leads to develop and implement strategies to make assigned programs a success.
• Support, track, and effectively report initiatives in the program
• Drive learner engagement
• Develop and maintain a communication and engagement plan that influences various audiences during the program
• Manage day to day communications in a program
Operations Management
• Oversee and ensure strong management of all stages of the program, including meetup coordination, budget and swag disbursement, brand design, budget reconciliations, etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage program assistants, events/offsites to onboard mentors to Andela Learning Community programs
• Support the team to develop and track metrics for measuring learner progress and selection effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with program partners, vendors, and volunteers including developing partnership agreements and monitoring the performance of these bodies.

Requirements:
• 2+ years running engaging learning programs for talent communities e.g university programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a complex and developing organization
• English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Have a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Great interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with Education Technology companies (Udemy, Coursera)
