JOB DETAILS:
• This is an entry to mid-level position

Key Responsibilities of the Position
1.CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
2.PIPELINE BUILDING - SEGMENT LED (MARKETING AND SALES)
Support the sales on deals assigned prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
3. TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Provide technical training and professional support to the customers
Provides coaching and professional development to team- member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

Work experience:
• Minimum 3years relevant industry experience in Engineering Firm (Civil/Structural) or relevant Building Industry field.
• Demonstrable commercial experience.

Knowledge of different Design software and IT systems:
• Experience of design software is mandatory. Experience in: Autocad, Civil 3d, Revit Structures, Robot Structures, Tekla Structures, Tekla Tedds, Prokon, Master Series is highly preferred.

Other Skills
• Ability to communicate and influence people from Engineer to board director.
• Commercial acumen to differentiate between features and benefits relevant to the customer.
• Experience of process development in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
