Talent Acquisition Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, developing, and managing the recruitment of talent for the organization and coming up with the processes and strategies that will ensure positions are filled with high-quality talent in a timely manner. They will also oversee the management of the recruitment team and effectively scale up the talent acquisition activities.


Role And Responsibilities
• Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they match the profile required.
• Manage multiple requests at any given time to ensure the roles are filled promptly
• Use new hiring methods that are new in the market
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
• Supervise and manage the recruiting team
• Come up with the talent acquisition strategy for the recruitment of positions across all levels within the organization.
• Attend recruiting events and networking within the region representing the company
• Keep track of open and closed roles for reporting to management
• Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies within the region to manage the recruitment where necessary
• Knowledge of various job boards and social media platforms for job posting.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools used in recruitment

Education And Experience
• Degree in Human Resource
• 5+ years in recruitment
• Experience in developing in-house end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Recruitment Strategy development and implementation
• Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role.
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
