• IT Support / Software Help Desk Background
• MS SQL Knowledge / Skills
• SAP Crystal Reports Knowledge / Skills
• Technical Knowledge of Networking (TCPIP, Protocols, etc.)
• Linux Knowledge / Skills will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Ability to learn SAP Business One
• Support existing internal IT Systems
• Adhering to company policies and regulations
