SUPPLY OF FUEL, OIL, LUBRICANTS AND SERVICESON THREE (3) YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT (on as and when required basis):

1.1.The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY OF FUEL, OIL, LUBRICANTS AND SERVICES on three (3) year framework contract (on as and when required basis).

1.2.Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. The tender is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1.3.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at the IEBC Procurement Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room No. 525 duringnormal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. - 4.30p.m.

1.4.A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of charge from IEBC Website at www.iebc.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Offices or email their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke immediately in order to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1.5.All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.300,000 in form of bank guarantee/insurance guarantee.

1.6.The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

1.7.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 30th January, 2023 at 11:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. Chief Executive Officer/Commission Secretary, Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Anniversary Towers, University Way, Fifth Floor, P O Box 45371-00100, Nairobi.

1.8.Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter. The tenderers’ representatives may access the tender opening proceedings through electronic means. Bidders who download the tender document should provide their email address so as to receive the electronic link.

1.9.Late tenders will be rejected
