JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing stores requisitions;
• Updating the stores /stocks cards;
• Checking the stationery issued against requisition made;
• Preparing stores requisitions for the items which have reached their minimum stock levels
• Ensuring the quality of goods delivered by suppliers are of the right/required quality;
• Delivering stores to other departments/divisions;
• Preparing payment vouchers for suppliers
• Distributing quotations requests
Qualification
• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Membership of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or any other relevant professional body
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
