JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Job Purpose:
• Been part of central supply chain teams that worked on change management projects like manufacturing footprint, supply networks , inventory processes & norms etc
• Acted as a PMO for projects that were run globally and at multiple geographies
• Has delivered process improvement/ cost optimization projects that have created significant positive impact on organization’s performance
• Was the central SPOC for MIS dashboards
• Is able to provide inputs on making choices after comprehensive analysis of multiple variables involved in solutions
• Has team management and senior stakeholder management experience
Role Deliverables:
• Supply chain capability enhancement & standardization agenda at cluster level
• Conceptualize and implement standardized solutions to streamline the demand and supply planning, S&OP process, SKU optimization principles and process, etc.
• Implement automated dashboards for Operation Heads.
• Drive key strategic projects like network optimization, optimization and outsourcing of logistics, etc.
• NPD Management
• Strong collaboration and coordination across marketing, R&D, innovation and regional operations teams to ensure NPD networks are on track and delivered
Project Management
• Lead and play the PMO role for all ongoing projects around supply network optimization, manufacturing footprint optimization, S&OP process standardization etc.
• Analytics
• Run analytical simulations to suggest optimal solutions for performance improvement projects like setting inventory norms, make vs buy decisions, capacity augmentation, etc.

Preferred qualifications
• MBA – Supply Chain / Operations or any Similar Qualification.
• Self-starter with a passion for creative problem solving
• Successful team leader with a history of strong contributions
• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain domain – Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Logistics/ Procurement/ Manufacturing
• Strong Analytical, Project Management and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in analytical tools and understanding of ERP and supply chain optimization systems
• Possess strong Influencing ability to drive projects in cross cultural environment
Educational qualifications
• Graduate and/or post-graduate in the field of engineering/ production/ supply chain/Operations .
