Supply Chain Controls and Audit Associate
The impact you will make
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring controls measures are put in place to guarantee Supply Chain assets integrity, accountability and accuracy while performing internal audit to the Supply Chain Processes and Procedures.

Specific Job Description
• Implement Supply Chain Controls and Audit Strategy to ensure integrity of the operation assets which include but not limited to, Stocks, Float both bank and Till, Cash Receivables, Stocks in transit, Rebates and volume based discounts, Prepayments and SOA balances .
• Monitor the daily changes in the net assets based on the various cut offs in Supply Chain operations
• Perform assessment on the processes and procedures to ensure adherence to Supply Chain operations SOP in the various functions, identification of Supply Chain Risks and mitigations there on clearly documented..
• Run audit tests on the assets to confirm accuracy of the reported numbers.
• Perform random spot checks on the Inventory to confirm accuracy based on the warehouse running Balances and systems both internal and external ie 3PL providers. While participating in all the periodic stock takes.
• Help in managing external contracts, SLAs and OLAs with service providers such as warehouse, fleet management, and Operations.
• Follow and confirm necessary insurance covers are in place for both theft by employees-Fidelity Cover and stocks both in warehouse and in transit against various risks eg accident fire,burgarly etc.
• Perform any other duty as may be directed by the direct manager.

Key Performance Indicators.
• Daily reports on the position of all the Supply Chain Assets
• Identification of Supply Chain functions risks and mitigations clearly documented
• Updated Contracts for all external engagements in supply Chain operations.
• Updated margins per SKU in each of the regions and gross margins calculations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Finance.
• Tertiary training in Accounts CPA or ACCA.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain functions
• In Depth knowledge in Process audit, risk identification and mapping
• Proficient with google sheets and microsoft office.
• Ability to multi-task and time management skill with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
