1. The County Assembly of Nakuru invites eligible and qualified tenderers to submit sealed tenders for the supply of the following goods and related services; Supply and Deliver of Bottled Mineral Water under Two (2) Years Framework Agreement.

2. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Tender using a standardized tender document.

3. Tendering is open to the selected category of disadvantaged groups shown below; Youth

4. Tenderers will be allowed to tenderfor one ormore lots.

5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours atthe address given below.

6. Acomplete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings One Thousand (1,000.00) in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the Assembly Website www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke, and/or Public Procurement Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.

7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender document mustforward their particularsimmediately to info@assembly.nakuru.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form

9. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.

10. Completed tendersmust be delivered to the address below on or before 30th January, 2023 at 11.00 am Local Time. Completed tenders shall be submitted back in hardcopies in plain sealed envelope indicating tender number and description as described in the Tender Document to be deposited in the Tender box located at County Assembly reception or send by post to address below.

11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend atthe address below.

12. Late tenderswill be rejected.
